DESCRIPTION:Click Here for Exhibitor Registration Form\n\nClick Here for Sponsorship Information\n\n\n\nPut your business in front of more than 500 runners from Etowah County and the surrounding region at this year's Gadsden Rock-n-Run Pre-Race Expo! Runners will be in attendance to pick up race day packets and bib numbers\, and are looking forward to learning more about what your business has to offer!\n\n\n\nExhibitors will receive an 10x10 area (no draping) and one 8' banquet table (no tablecloth) in/on which they may display information or products from their business\, provide demonstrations\, give away promotional items and connect with runners and other attendees. You may bring your own tables\, chairs\, tablecloths\, backdrops\, etc. Booths will be assigned on a first come\, first served basis. Please note that electricity to booths will not be provided. Anyone who wishes to sell retail items must comply with all federal\, state and local laws governing business licenses and taxes. Exhibitors may set up between 4 and 5 p.m. on Friday. All items must be removed from booth space no later than 9 p.m. Friday\, October 2.\n\n\n\nTo secure your booth\, remit a copy of this form with all information completed\, along with a check or money order in the amount of $50 made out to Gadsden Runners Club with "expo" written into the memo line. Entries may be dropped off or mailed to: The Chamber\, Gadsden/Etowah County\, One Commerce Square\, Gadsden\, AL 35901. Cash may also be accepted in person only at The Chamber\, Gadsden/Etowah County. Proceeds will be designated to charities chosen by the Gadsden Runners Club\, and to promote economic development programs and activities by The Chamber.
