DESCRIPTION:The 2017 Alzheimer?s Caregiver Conference is presented by the Alzheimer?s Association in partnership with the Alabama Family Caregivers Program and EARPDC/Area Agency on Aging Long-term Care Ombudsman Program.\n\n\n\nThis is a one day conference that will take place on July 27\, 2017 at the Anniston City Meeting Center\, with a focus on the various aspects of Alzheimer?s related those diagnosed and to their caregivers. Hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 1:30p.m. with lunch being provided for attendees. The event will be promoted as an opportunity for caregivers to learn more about Alzheimer?s disease\, caregiving\, dementia-related behaviors\, and much more.\n\n\n\nComponents include: Health experts to answer questions\, Interesting and relevant speakers on Alzheimer?s related topics\, Community support services\, CEUs\, Sponsor vendors\, and Door Prizes.
