DESCRIPTION:The mission of AIDT is to provide quality workforce development for Alabama's new and expanding businesses\, and to expand the opportunities of it's citizens through the jobs these businesses create.\n\n\n\nAll participants in this class MUST have completed the LS1 & LS2 Training before taking LS3.\n\n\n\nAIDT encourages economic development through job-specific training.  Training services are offered in many areas to new and expanding businesses throughout the State.  \n\n\n\nClick Here for the Leadership Skills 3 Outline\n\n\n\nIn this one day training session you will be learning how to continue building your leadership skills.  Some of the topics of discussion will be:  Leading the Human Resource\, Leader Responsibilities\, Improving Work Relationships\, Communication\, Motivation\, Time Management\, Stress Management\, Performance Appraisals\, Conflict Management and many other topics relating to leadership skills.
