Some of the topics of discussion will be:  Leading the Human Resource\, Leader Responsibilities\, Improving Work Relationships\, Communication\, Motivation\, Time Management\, Stress Management\, Performance Appraisals\, Conflict Management and many other topics relating to leadership skills.\n\n\n\nNOTE:  You must complete Leadership Skills 1 Training before taking the next skills class.
