DESCRIPTION:Click Here for PDF Flyer\n\nThe Love Center and the Gadsden Museum of Art are partnering for a joint fundraiser called Art for a Purpose. We are asking for donations of previously owned artwork to be sold at our fundraising event. We all have nice artwork in our closets\, basements\, and attics that we are no\n\nlonger using. Did you repaint your living room and now the painting that hung over your fireplace no longer matches? Donate it to us! How about that framed print that is in your guest bedroom that is collecting dust in the corner? Donate it to us! We hope to raise top dollar for these pieces so no "yard sale art" please.\n\n\n\nWe will collect all donated pieces and showcase them on the second floor of the Gadsden Museum on Thursday\, August 25 th . All donors will receive a charitable donation letter and $10 art bucks to be used during the night of the event to purchase art.\n\n\n\nAll monies raised will be split between the two organizations for operational support of The Love Center and to fund education programs at the GMA.\n\n\n\nYou may bring your artwork to the GMA anytime between now and August 20 th .
