DESCRIPTION:Come Run\, Walk\, or Just Hangout with the Gadsden Runners Club for our   RUN 4 LOVE  event combined with our ETOWAH HEROES 5K Training Run BENEFITING THE ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL! \n\n\n\nSunday February 3rd 2pm at Eura Brown Elementary School \n\n\n\n  Run Entry is a $5 donation. All proceeds will go to the St Jude's.   \n\n\n\n  One of our amazing GADSDEN RUNNERS CLUB members is participating in the St Jude's Marathon in Memphis\, Tennessee. He decided to start a fundraiser to raise extra money to donate to St Jude's. Then we decided this is a worthy cause and jumped on board to help out with these efforts. \n\nThe GRC Women's Division is proud to be able to put on small events like this when we see a need. Please join us in donating to this cause  \n\n\n\n\n\n  Too many families have been touched by Cancer. The emotional hardships that go along with that are enough to deal with. St Jude's understands that and they don't make things harder by adding financial worry to the mix. Families never receive a bill from St Jude's.  \n\n\n\n  The mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is to advance cures\, and means of prevention\, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas\, no child is denied treatment based on race\, religion or a family's ability to pay.\n\nUnlike any other hospital\, the majority of our funding comes from individual contributions. And thanks to generous donors\, families never receive a bill from St. Jude.\n\n\n\nTreatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.  \n\nhttps://www.stjude.org/get-involved/fitness-fundraisers/memphis-marathon.html\n\n\n\nThis is NOT A RACE\, NO FRILLS\, NO AWARDS\, NO CLOCK.
