The legacy agency was a family owned agency in business for over 50 years which David C. Glass took over in 2000 after 10 years of claims experience with State Farm. As the owner of that agency\, David along with his Managing Agents\, Cathy Lilio in Jacksonville\, Alabama and Michael A. Delozier\, in Gadsden/Rainbow City\, Alabama\, joined the Lyons group and have hit to ground running to position Aligned Insurance to be a competitive insurance agency in the business insurance space.
