Aimee will lead daily yoga private sessions which include Meditative Flow\, Yin Yoga with Thai Yoga Bodywork-Massage\, Hot Yoga\, and Power Vinyasa. Classes are designed for all levels with lots of modifications. The Pranayama portion of the retreat involves a variety of mindful breathing techniques.
