SUMMARY:Kings of Swing Benefit Concert
DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, October the 22nd at 6:00 pm in the GCHS Courtyard (the area between the auditorium and the main building)\, the Kings of Swing will perform a concert to benefit the GCHS Competition Show Choir\, Apollon. Several of our own students will be performing with them: Kelsi Cordell\, Aerial Hall Jr.\, Jeremiah Sims\, Javen Radney\, Lexi Womack\,Josh Cornelius\, Christina Santiago\, Brandi Washington\, and Baleigh Lumpkin. Dessert and coffee or tea will be served during the concert and dress is business casual. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. If you happen to know a student involved in show choir\, you may pruchase a ticket through them\, you may call the school to purchase tickets at (256)543-4228\, or you may purchase them at the gate.\n\n \n\nAll of the money raised will go directly to the students who are in Apollon. They each have to raise a minimum of $300 to purchase costumes\, help cover competition costs\, and costs of choreographers and music.
