The meeting will feature Dr. Pat O'Neil who will discuss (among other issues) the activities of the Alabama Water Agencies Working Group (especially at they pertain to the development of Alabama's "Comprehensive Water Management Plan"). \n\n\n\nDue to his education and experience\, Dr.O'Neil is uniquely qualified to talk about this issue which is of significant importance to this community.
