"Ted" Sexton\, Sr. retired\, will draw on his extensive experience including Assistant Secretary at The United States Department of Homeland Security and Chief of the Homeland Security Division for The County of Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. The history that shaped the policies and legislation that enable the State of Emergency process to exist.\n\n\n\nBeyond the current State of Emergency\, the course will explore additional issues that have led to the second largest reorganization of resources in the history of the United States Government.
