Once at the big intersection on the hill\, make a right. There will be a Shell gas station on the right and a small strip mall on the left (Tractor Supply is here.) Travel that short four lane road until dead-ending. Our plant sits on the left side of the road.\n\n\n\nHiring for 1st and 3rd shifts.\n\n\n\nPay Rate:\n\n\n	1st shift starting rate - $9.15   10.95\n	3rd shift starting rate - $9.55 - $11.65\n\nAttendance Bonus:  Extra $0.65 an hour each week of perfect attendance (no tardiness\, absences\, or leaving early)\n\n \n\nInsurance:   Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Medical Insurance\n\nFirst day of the month after 60 days of employment\n\n \n\nHoliday pay eligible after 60 days (probation)\n\n \n\nVacation:  1st Anniversary  1 week (40 hours)\n\n                    2nd Anniversary  2 weeks (80 hours)\n\n                   10th Anniversary 3 weeks (120 hours)\n\n                   20th Anniversary 4 weeks (160 hours)
