DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate Advantage Emergency Medical Services and the introduction of their new Sprint Vehicle\, equipped with enhanced features to better serve our community. A ribbon cutting will be held at the Chamber on Friday\, November 21st at 1:00 PM.\n\n\n\nAbout the Sprint Vehicle\n\nThe Sprint unit was developed during COVID as EMS resources were stressed nationally to a breaking point. The unit allows Paramedics and Advanced EMT's to conserve advanced level resources for true life threatening illness and injury and still have basic transport services available for non-emergent transport needs. This unit carries most of the Advance Life Support equipment on board to be utilized until a transport unit arrives. This unit can also support and resupply our ambulances while they continue responding to calls instead of calling out of service to resupply each unit.
