DESCRIPTION:The Coosa Valley Resource Conservation and Development Council will be giving away vegetable garden seeds and a gallon bag of 8-8-8 fertilizer\; the first 10 persons will have the option of a 40 qt. bag of Miracle-Gro All Purpose Soil or the 8-gallon bag of fertilizer.
