My "\;introduction"\; to Glenn Shepard was at his seminar in Scranton. I found Glenn at a turning point in my life. I am the General Manager of a Holiday Inn Express (for the past 12 years at the same property) and like all managers\, have all the problems that go along with the job. I not only deal with my staff but also have the pleasure of dealing with the public. At one point and time I wondered if this was what I wanted to do with my life.
