DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Workplace Wellness\, Health\, & Safety Workshop in partnership with the American Heart Association(AHA). This workshop will also include information & training on CPR Anytime\, a new initiative by AHA that allows participants to learn basic lifesaving skills in under 20 minutes through a completely portable training kit. Chief Wil Reed\, Gadsden Fire Department\, will share a personal story about CPR\, AHA will do demos\, & go over their FREE Worksite Wellness Tools.\n\n\n\nLight breakfast will be served & a drawing for 2 CPR Anytime Kits will be held for participants to have the chance to take back to their workplace for training purposes.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber\, Gadsden & Etowah County is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). This program is valid for 1 PDC. For more information about certification or recertification\, please visit shrmcertification.org.
