Advancing Women to the Top Conference Presented by Alabama Power, Jacksonville State University, and Regions Bank is an annual conference designed to inspire and empower women to advance to higher levels of leadership professionally and personally.


The 2023 conference, in partnership with the Etowah Chamber and the Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitors Center, will be held on July 19th at Jacksonville State University's Recreation & Fitness Center.

Take part in Shining Brighter, the theme of this year's Advancing Women to the Top Conference. Socialize, eat, and make connections on the campus of beautiful Jacksonville State University with businesses and women in leadership. Grow professionally and personally by soaking up the sunshine and knowledge of speakers from all across Alabama and the nation.  

Registration Includes a full day of inspirational speakers, a delicious breakfast, lunch, and wine, and sessions designed especially for women aspiring to leadership by women in leadership.
