This one-day workshop will give participants a better understanding of what the ISO 9001:2015 standard's requirements are and what changes have been made from the 2008 standard. Not only will terms, definitions and concepts be addressed, but what key updates will be the hurdles for companies as they upgrade their Quality Management System. In addition, the course will discuss practical ways for attendees to implement any needed changes in their system. A certificate will be presented to attendees at the conclusion of the class that they can use to prove they received training on the ISO 9001:2015 revision.
