Back-To-School Drive Thru Vaccination Clinic

Back-to-School Drive-Thru Shot Clinic, for children aged 18 & younger. This will take place at the Etowah County Health Department in East Gadsden at 709 East Broad Street.

Patients will be served by appointment only. We will administer vaccines necessary for school, to children 18 years & younger, without insurance(at a cost of $5 per shot); and to children who are covered by Medicaid only. Parents/Guardians must bring or fax a copy of the children's shot records to the clinic no later than Tuesday, July 28, 2020 in order to secure their appointments.
