ETOWAH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
 
We will be administering VFC Immunizations to:
 

• Children 18 & Younger with NO Insurance.

(Each Shot $5)

• Children 18 & Younger with *MEDICAID.

MUST bring ANY/ALL Shot Records by July 16^th to secure your appointment.

*If Child has any other insurance, we are not able to vaccinate at this time.
