This clinic itself & all insurance paperwork will be facilitated by Gadsden City Pharmacy & hosted on location at The Chamber. Appointments are available in 15 minute increments & are limited, reserve your time today!

All CDC recommendations & procedures will be followed relating to social distancing, the use of PPE, & sanitization procedures
Most insurance covers 100% of vaccine coverage(Representatives with Gadsden City Pharmacy will confirm coverage before vaccination)
