Stacy Vaughn: One of the recently realized results of the year-long Covid-19 Pandemic was the mind-blowing collection of garbage. Reduced city workers, more people working and learning from home, major shifts of collection from downtowns to neighborhoods, disposable PPE litter, construction and lawn maintenance debris, recycling restrictions-these changes plus others have resulted in re-evaluating trash!!
