Play in the snow in Gadsden!
Using a unique material, we brought the excitement of snow indoors for family fun.
The snow is open Monday through Saturday from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. and Sunday from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M.. We're only closed Christmas Day. It's SNOW much fun!
The Hardin Center is excited to celebrate winter with ?Let it Snow? November 10, 2018 through January 31, 2019.
This is the Hardin Center?s seventh year to host Let it Snow. The highlight of the children?s exhibit is an area filled with a material that resembles and feels like real snow. The snow is made of a non-toxic polymer material that feels cool to the touch but won?t get visitors wet.
Children can play in the snow, slide down a snow slide, play in the snow castle bounce house, and slide around in their socks on an ice rink. The snow slide is made from a slick material that competition skiers use during the off season and the ice rink is a polished plastic surface that hockey players use for practice. Let it Snow is primarily designed for younger children, ages toddler through the third grade.
