Medicare Part D Enrollment Fairs For 2016/2017

The Medicare Prescription Drug Program gives you the choice of prescription plans that offer different types of Part D coverage. No appointment is needed. Bring your Medicare Card and a listing of your current prescription medications, the dosage and directions. Your Aging and Disability Resource Center’s State Health Insurance Assistant Program(SHIP) Program will be available to help you.
