Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar 101

This class is the first in a series that will be offered on the second Saturday of each month. In the first class, we will discuss the chemistry of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We will also discuss the health benefits and the many ways to include it in your eating plans.

Each class will last about an hour to an hour and a half. You do not have to attend all classes
