About Beautiful Rainbow: This unique garden-to-table program utilizes organic gardening and artisan cuisine as vehicles for teaching significantly cognitively impaired adolescents and adults a broad range of academic and vocational skills. The program is nonprofit and all proceeds from food sales support the training program.
