The City of Gadsden is closing out the summer with an exciting new event: Slide the City – a Back to School Bash in Downtown Gadsden.

Hosted by Urban Slide, and presented by Family Savings Credit Union, Slide the City will bring a 1,000 ft slip-and-slide to S. 3rd St in Downtown Gadsden, providing a brand new, unforgettable experience to Gadsden residents.

Events similar to Gadsden’s Slide the City have been featured in major markets such as Boston, Fort Worth, and Nashville – with Huntsville and Vestavia Hills being the only cities in Alabama to host a comparable event.

In less than three weeks, you can Slide the City, and take on a 1,000 ft slip-n-slide right in Downtown Gadsden! We can’t wait to end summer with a splash!
