Swim to Remember

Swim to Remember is the brainchild of Josh Conley and his family. The Conley Family wanted to do something to give back to Shepherd's Cove as SCH served both of their parents under Hospice.  

This event is to raise awareness for Shepherd's Cove Hospice and the non-reimbursed services that help patients as they are on the end-of-life journey as well as aid families navigating their own grief and loss struggles.
