Come join us on the mat for FREE second Saturday.
First class at 9AM is Mind/Body Yoga Slow - Slow and purposeful Vinyasa Flow, with mindful attention to movement. We will move purposefully and attentively through the practice by bring awareness to all aspects of the body while engaging the mind, enriching focus, establishing balance and mindfulness, and increasing strength. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Props (blocks, straps, blankets, or chairs) may be used to assist your practice.
Second option at 10:30 is Beginner/No More Excuses Yoga - a gentle introductory class for new and exploring yoga practitioners. It is also the class for you if you think you're not flexible enough or not fit enough to practice yoga. This class will gently challenge you to bring awareness to movement, while working on flexibility and balance. The practice may involve the use of props (chairs, straps, blocks, blankets). It's a good place to start your yoga journey and start to build strength, resiliency, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
