Big Brothers Big Sisters mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.  By partnering with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community we are accountable for each child in our program achieving: Higher aspirations, greater confidence and better relationships, acoidance of risky behaviors and educational achievements. 

I work for the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry as the General Secretary for the Birmingham Scottish Rite Center. We are the home office for the Alabama Scottish Rite Foundation andd our Charity is testing/evaluating children for Dyslexia. I am also the Judge Advocate for the McLaughlin Detachment #1091, Marine Corps League in Gadsden, AL.

I have called Rainbow City Home since 2009 where I live with my husband and two children. I also work with EF High School Exchange Year where I place high school exchange students with volunteer host families for an academic school year, to share about their cultures while gaining a perspective on life in America.  In my spare time, I volunteer at Southside High School and love to travel, see new places, and experience different cultures.

I am am retired Public School employee.  I worked 27 total years in Public Education as a teacher, coach, Principal, and Central Office Staff in the Etowah County Board of Education.  I joined Darden Rehab Services as the Workshop Supervisor in October of 2021.

I believe there is nothing more important than the interactions we have with each other and the love that we give and receive. I have a passion for helping people reach their potential for that love. Whether it is the love for their children, the love we seek from one another through dating, the love of a committed partnership, or simply inspiring a love for life, I help people identify the desires of their hearts and achieve their goals. I have been dedicated to this work in various capacities for the last 30+ years, and have now combined training, education, and experience to become Your Transformation Teacher. As a recent transplant, I am looking forward to serving the residents of Etowah County as a Relationship Coach, inspiring them to develop an empowering #MetamorphicMindset in order to reach their potential in all of their personal and professional interactions.

Donna Feazell, Host of Donna's Edge began production April of 2005 in Jacksonville Alabama on TV 24. My husband Phillip took a job promotion that moved us to Charlotte NC in 2007 and the name of the show changed to “The Woman's Edge”. We remained in Charlotte NC until 2013 when Phil retired and I brought the show back to Alabama.
