Job Description
Position will consist of typical administrative tasks, including but not limited to: paperwork/filing for new and existing members, bookkeeping including accounts receivable and accounts payable, record keeping, data entry, communications with members, vendors, etc., errands to post office/bank, answer phone, assisting walk-ins, and supply orders.

Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills. Great organizational and time management skills, Must be computer savvy. Experience in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is preferred. Strong accounting skills. Cheerful personality and good telephone etiquette Ability to multi-task and improvise.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug tests, Proof of Identity and authorization to work in the USA. Availability: Approximately 21 hours or more per week. Hours are currently Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, but may be negotiated depending on applicant qualifications.
