Due to our significant growth, Midian Roofing Inc. Rome, GA. is looking to hire an experienced Roofing Estimator/Sales Specialist for our planned new office in the Gadsden Centre, Cedar Bluff Alabama Area.
Position Overview: Through Prospecting, Networking and Lead generation, begin developing the Gadsden Market as our 3rd Branch Office. Also, accurately measure roofs and prepare detailed estimates for presentation and sale to customers.
Qualified applicants will:
• Have an in-depth understanding of roofing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Be experience in producing detailed estimates.
• Be a team player willing to work effectively with other team members.
• Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Be motivated and a “self -starter" with professional appearance.
Have strong interpersonal skills, oral and written sales and communication skills.
• Develop and maintain our CRM database in Builderstrend.
• Source and develop Referrals.
• Have a valid drivers license
Compensation includes:
