Customer Service/Account Representative

  • 30-40 hours per week. Salary position.

Career path with training and assistance with licensing is available.

An ideal candidate for this position would be proficient with technology as it relates to office tasks, customer service, and communication. Thorough understanding of business transactions and attention to detail.


These Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing the products and services Kris Posey Agency
  • Servicing clients’ accounts and welcoming new clients to our agency
  • Providing A+ rated customer service
  • Community involvement in professional and volunteer organizations
  • Working well with others in the agency
  • Ability to be flexible in working hours and after hours as needed.
  • Skilled in working with the public. Effective communication skills and business math abilities.

This is a Salary position with an opportunity for advancement. Being self-motivated and goal oriented individual would be most suitable for this position.
