Job Description
HIRING!! Advantage Properties is looking to hire a go-getter to join our team as the Director of Agent Services & Marketing. This is presently a part-time position that will grow as our company grows.

This position will carry out a range of administrative and real estate related tasks for each agent. If you or someone you know fits the description below, please let us know!
  • Manage agent services within the office environment
  • Liaise with transaction stakeholders: customers, agents, escrow companies, lenders, and contractors
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures
  • Maintain normal office environment and replenish office supply inventory
  • Prepare listing and buying packets for all agents as needed
  • Maintain Advantage Properties blog and social media pages
  • Manage Supra lockboxes and website
  • Manage agent websites
  • Design/print newsletters monthly
  • Will be responsible for knowing MLS system
Requirements/Experience:
  • Must be dependable and detail oriented!
  • Must be personable!
  • Bachelors Degree, Business Background, Real Estate experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in customer service, office organization and team management
