Commercial Accounts Manager – Plumbing & Septic Services

Company Overview:
We’re a locally owned, family-operated plumbing and septic company known for dependable service and long-standing customer relationships. As we grow our commercial service division, we’re seeking a driven and personable Commercial Accounts Manager to rebuild trust with past clients, grow new business, and coordinate high-quality service delivery.

Position Overview:
This is not a hands-on technician role. Instead, you’ll serve as a key liaison between our company and commercial clients—managing accounts, identifying service needs, coordinating with internal teams, and expanding our network through service agreements and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconnect with previous commercial clients and restore service relationships.
  • Build and manage relationships with property managers, facility operators, and business owners.
  • Present and close Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for recurring plumbing, drain, and septic services.
  • Coordinate with service and dispatch teams to ensure timely job execution.
  • Monitor and meet performance benchmarks tied to client retention, service contracts, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and promote additional services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all client communications, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or project coordination—preferably in home services or facilities industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, septic, or drain services is helpful (or willingness to learn).
  • Comfortable using CRM or field service management tools (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000/year
