CED prides itself on giving the best quality of care available and is committed to doing so. Our Mission is to address the needs of the seriously mentally ill, severely emotionally disturbed, and their families as defined by the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation Service Contract. Therefore, the goal of the CED Mental Health Center is to service and maintain the consumer in the community at the highest level of functioning possible and to enhance his or her dignity.
