GADSDEN, AL (MARCH 31, 2025)- Gadsden Regional Medical Center is honoring physicians on National Doctors’ Day by supporting the Big Oak Ranch. The medical staff chose the nonprofit entity, whose mission is providing hope, stability, and a future for children in need, to receive a $6,000 donation on their behalf.
National Doctors’ Day serves as a moment to honor the dedication, skill and unwavering commitment of physicians in providing quality health care to individuals and communities.
“We are grateful to the physicians on the medical staff for the care they provide to our patients and the difference they make each and every day,” said Kandi Garmany, Chief Financial Officer of Gadsden Regional Medical Center. “Supporting the Big Oak Ranch is one way of extending their commitment to the entire community.”
The non-profit Big Oak Ranch, established in 1974, exists to meet the needs of abused, neglected and abandoned children by giving them a solid, Christian home and a chance to realize and fulfill God's plan for their lives.
