Mid South Marching Festival: The 50th Annual Mid South Marching Festival. For the 50th year school marching bands from across the southeastern United States will descend on Gadsden, Alabama for one day of competition. Bands will present a half-time field performance of their choosing. In past years the assortment of programs has span a broad array of themes, from western rodeo to Broadway plays, crowds have been entertained. other info: Held at Titan Stadium, the event typically brings more than 10,000 out-of towners to Gadsden each year.
