As many Americans struggle with diabetes and renal disease, Quality of Life Health Services strives to educate the community on prevention and proper care for those suffering from these issues. Area health care professionals will address the way diabetes affects every area of one's health. From risk factors to disease management, the doctors will educate participants on living a healthy lifestyle. Health care professionals can earn seven (7) contact hours for a cost of $35, but the event is free to patients, caregivers, and the community. Door prizes will be given away, and there will be vendors present as well.
