CYCLOCROSS RACING RETURNS TO GADSDEN THIS WEEKEND
Cyclocross Racing Returns to Gadsden This Weekend! Bamacross, a state series of Cyclocross races, returns to Gadsden this weekend, Oct 20-21, at the Gadsden Sports Complex. Cyclo cross is a form of bicyle racing that combines on road and off road cycling in multiple short circuit laps. This weekend's races will take place in a spectacular friendly area of the Sports Complex, located on West Meighan Blvd. New this year is a rare night race on Saturday night.

Oct 20-21, Registration begins at 2pm on Saturday, and 9am on Sunday. USA Cycling licenses can be purchased. Racing categories include Masters 35/45, Women 1/2/3/4, Singlespeed, Men's 4+Juniors, and Mens 1/2/3. A child under the age of 10 with a bicycle and helment--training wheen are acceptable.
After Race Party on Saturday Night will be a Back Forty Beer Company, a race sponsor.
