Howloweenie Pet Parade and Costume Contest
Annual Howloweenie Pet Parade and Costume Contest: HSPRAC and Downtown Gadsden, Inc partnering to host this annual event this Saturday at 4th and Broad. Come in costume and bring Fido down for a morning of tricks and treats. $5 registration will help buy toys for the shelter dogs while they wait for their new families to find them. Festivities begin at 10am and will include treats for your pet, a parade and costume contest. Door prizes and awareness magnets will be up for grabs!
