OLLI - Navy Traditions

Have you ever wondered about the different bells, salutes, and ceremonies in the life of a ship and the phraseology of the service? There is a deep tradition in all these things; nothing happens by magic. We will learn about the traditions and ceremonies associated with Bells and Watches, Honors and Salutes, Special Honors for the USS Arizona and Burial at Sea. Osher Lifelong Learning Institute annual membership is required for course registration. As a member who has paid the $30 course fee, you may register for as many courses as you desire.
