Koch Foods of Gadsden is a fresh poultry processing plant located at 501 Paden Road Gadsden, AL 35903.

Directions: Coming from Boaz, continue on Hwy 431 South until reaching Glencoe. Once at the big intersection on the hill, make a right. There will be a Shell gas station on the right and a small strip mall on the left (Tractor Supply is here.) Travel that short four lane road until dead-ending. Our plant sits on the left side of the road.
Hiring for 1st and 3rd shifts.
Pay Rate:
- 1st shift starting rate - $9.15 – 10.95
- 3rd shift starting rate - $9.55 - $11.65
Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Medical Insurance
First day of the month after 60 days of employment
Holiday pay eligible after 60 days (probation)
Vacation: 1st Anniversary 1 week (40 hours)
2nd Anniversary 2 weeks (80 hours)
10th Anniversary 3 weeks (120 hours)
20th Anniversary 4 weeks (160 hours)
