Special Called Board Meeting

Friends,

We were unable to achieve a quorum this morning at our regular board meeting, and we have some critical business that we need to address as soon as possible. 

We will quickly review and vote on minutes and financials from last month, but will devote the bulk of the meeting to the consideration of contracting Funding Solutions for a strategic planning and discovery contract. Tom Mucks of Funding Solutions intends to attend this meeting, providing we can feel good that we will have a quorum. 

We need 10 voting members to achieve a quorum, so please respond as soon as you reasonably can with your intent to attend or a decline to the meeting for Wednesday, October 3 at 7:30 am.
