Swim Test
Swim test required to attend American Red Cross lifeguard training course at the YMCA of the Coosa Valley. Test consist of three parts: 300 yard swim in ten minutes; tread water for two minutes; bring a ten pound weight up from 12 foot depth and swim fifteen yards.
