Workplace Health & Safety Workshop

Join us for a Workplace Wellness, Health, & Safety Workshop in partnership with the American Heart Association(AHA). This workshop will also include information & training on CPR Anytime, a new initiative by AHA that allows participants to learn basic lifesaving skills in under 20 minutes through a completely portable training kit. Chief Wil Reed, Gadsden Fire Department, will share a personal story about CPR, AHA will do demos, & go over their FREE Worksite Wellness Tools.

Light breakfast will be served & a drawing for 2 CPR Anytime Kits will be held for participants to have the chance to take back to their workplace for training purposes.

The Chamber, Gadsden & Etowah County is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). This program is valid for 1 PDC. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit shrmcertification.org.
